Booking terms & conditions
These terms are a plain-language summary for the Phase 1 preview. Full contractual terms are issued with your booking confirmation once payments are live.

Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when we accept your deposit of 20% of the package price and issue a written confirmation. The balance is due 30 days before departure. If the balance is not paid by then, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you.
Prices
Prices are per person on the stated sharing basis and are held for 7 days from quotation. Prices exclude international flights, visa fees and travel insurance unless stated. Taxes and supplier surcharges may change until the booking is confirmed.
Changes by you
You may change your departure date once at no charge up to 60 days before travel, subject to availability. Later or additional changes are treated as a cancellation and re-booking.
Changes or cancellation by us
We may cancel a departure for reasons of safety or force majeure. In that case you may transfer to another departure or receive a full refund of monies paid to us.
Liability
We act as the organiser of the package. Our liability for the services in your itinerary is as set out in the full booking conditions issued with your confirmation. Travel insurance covering medical care, evacuation and cancellation is a condition of travel.
